	Eye Testing
After training local club members go to nursery schools within their communities and take pictures of the children’s eyes with a special camera. The photos are sent to a laboratory where they are reviewed for eye diseases. Previously, the Pound Ridge Lions did this program on an annual basis. However, currently the program is in a hold pattern in our area. The equipment is broken and we are waiting for funds to fix the equipment.
