SERVICE RECOGNITION AWARDS |

This program is designed to recognize
young people between the ages of 12-18 for conducting community service that improve
the civic, cultural, social and the moral welfare of a community within a 12
month period. Recipients will receive
a Silver or Gold Award Certificate and a congratulatory letter from the
president of Lions International. 50 Hours = Silver Seal Award 100 Hours = Gold Seal Award Each Club runs their own program.
Individual youth participants keep track of their own volunteer
service hours. At the end of 12 months
they submit completed tracking forms of volunteer service hours to your club. You in turn send them to Lions
International who issues the Award Certificates to qualified individuals
returning them to your club for presentation. |

community which includes model letters and tracking forms has been
provided. However, the first step is
